ASTEP - a new step forward!

To our members, in accordance with the demands of the Federal Aviation Administration, we have changed our name.  The FAA has determined that the Federal Government will no longer recognize any of the employee associations (some have been recognized for almost 50 years), they will also not support the employee associations in any way - including resources and collaboration in recruiting and outreach.

    路         Advocate for equity, intersectional inclusion, and the elimination of workplace prejudice and discrimination.

    路         Represent members before governmental and non-governmental entities.

    路         Foster cooperation and coordination across facilities, disciplines, and career levels.

    路         Maintain accountability, responsibility, and professionalism in all activities.

    路         Promote better understanding, cooperation and coordination between individuals at different facilities and levels
