Marie has served in various roles throughout her 13 years with the FAA, most recently supporting the FAA NextGen’s Technology Development & Prototyping Division (ANG-C5) at FAA Headquarters located in Washington, D.C. Marie also spends time volunteering and advocating for her demographic communities. Before moving to D.C., she served as a volunteer advocate with the Human Rights Campaign Greater Philadelphia Steering Committee and helped with sev

eral local Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, and Medical (STEAMM) outreach initiatives. While she’s already been an active member in our FAA Pride Events Planning Committee, she has also shared her ideas with me on initiatives to improve our member engagement and I’m excited to partner with her on seeing them come to fruition!

Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis on Astronautics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (also known as Virginia Tech University).
