Management Services, Employee Development

Christopher supports the FAA’s Employee Development Group, as the manager of the Training Development and Infrastructure Team (TDI).  He leads a diverse team developing and coordinating ATO as well as inter-agency Training and Career Development.  His team manages the coordination for all corporate leadership development programs applicable to ATO personnel.  He works with the Program Level-One administrator for all ATO access to the electronic Learning Management System (eLMS) as well as the Human Capital Management System.  His team also connects the Learning Coordination between the Service Areas and Headquarters.   Christopher has worked with Technical Operations as well as the Office of Safety and Technical Training in his FAA career.

Christopher, has volunteered across several 501 C. organizations that support the LGBT community.  As well as with the Civil Air Patrol. He supports all of the FAA’s Employee Associations, and has presented at National Conventions, the last in 2018 for the Technical Woman’s Organization.  

Christopher is an avid Mountain Biker, enjoying the Chesapeake and Ohio trail, in the DC area.  He also enjoys travel, having been to 40 states, and five foreign countries.
