President's Corner REFLECT. EMPOWER. UNITE. Happy Pride month! I hope that you have participated or plan to participate in a Pride event this month (or when Pride happens in your area!) We had a great Pride Event on 13 June where we had four people reflect on their lives. More events are planned over the next few months. The FAA has now sponored Out and Equal which gives us access to more resources and support for workplace equality. More coming as I learn what is available to us! And speaking of planning: Start planning now for OUR training conference April 2025. "Live your true colors." We are partnering with PWC to have a fantastic event in Denver Colorado. REQUEST: what are the areas or topics you would like to have covered as part of professional development, education, and training? We will have "speed mentoring", guest speakers from FAA Executives, information on opportunities across the FAA, and a lot more, but I need YOUR input!
